Burnbank Observatory

Next to my observatory there is a small weather station. Its main purpose is to feed real time weather data into my imaging programme to trigger alerts so if there is strong wind occuring or it starts raining etc the imaging programme will stop and send an alert to me. The observatory is remotely controlled. The next development is to motorise the roof so that if rain is detected the programme will stop, park the scope and close the roof automatically. The dew point reading tells me how much power the dew straps require to prevent the lenses in the telescopes from fogging up.
